--cookies doesn't help to download video from bilibili.com with 'Big Member'

Sorry, I don't find official translation of 'big member' of bilibili, it's a membership with permission to view video with higher quality, like what shown below:

I'm using this extension of chrome, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cookiestxt/njabckikapfpffapmjgojcnbfjonfjfg?hl=en, to export cookies of bilibili and try to download video with command

youtube-dl -F --cookies ./cookies.txt https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1e7411X7mA

It only resolves the 1080p, the qualities of 720p60 and 1080p60 are not included.

It seems like youtube-dl is parsing Bilibili by flv player, but we use html5 player more often.
And I find youtube-dl can't parse different resolutions for Bilibili too.
