Mixcloud unicode char in URL issue #2462

It seems that youtube-dl has problems with Mixcloud when URL contains non-ASCII chars:

 $ youtube-dl http://i.mixcloud.com/CCcIMS --verbose

Cool, the download is working now. However, there seems to be another problem: filename into which the result is saved is URL encoded (looks like PRODUCENTI 08 - Đorđe Petrović-radiostudiob-producenti-08-%C4%91or%C4%91e-petrovi%C4%87.mp3). I believe it should be decoded first (but I may be wrong).

Done, I didn't pay attention to the filename, thanks for pointing it.
