Support for Rooster Teeth Live (rt-tv)

Description

Rooster Teeth has a live streaming section on the site called rt-tv where that stream live content and old videos the URL is https://roosterteeth.com/live/rt-tv, youtube-dl works for RT videos but when I use it on the URL for the rt-tv it gives an error
ERROR: Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 404: Not Found (caused by HTTPError());
I assume it just does not support rt-tv and this is not a bug.
