Description

Lately I have been getting a lot of WinError 10060 when downloading YouTube videos. . I'm not sure if this is caused by my ISP or youtube.com. I've noticed that if manually retry it enough times it will eventually download these videos. So I'd like to request a feature that would automatically retry on WinError 10060.
