Youtube Audio Extraction Failed

Checklist

I get my youtube-dl through brew, so I'm unsure of how to update this further!

Description

This is my usual method of downloaded the highest quality audio I know how to using,

youtube-dl -f 'bestaudio[ext=m4a]/bestaudio'

My method for vest audio/video is,

youtube-dl -f 'bestvideo[ext=mp4]+bestaudio[ext=m4a]/bestvideo+bestaudio' --merge-output-format mp4 

In this instance, even though it's worked for many other Youtube URLs, it was not able to complete my request for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtjiCYlyB5k

sudo youtube-dl -U
