Description

Apparently the site structure changed, so that the video ID cannot be found by regex anymore.
Probably it's just the regex pattern that has to be fixed.

Downloading the exact same URL worked about two months ago.

Download works with my patch (https://github.com/FliegendeWurst/youtube-dl/tree/fix-tele5-again).
I have not opened a PR yet because I do not know how to provide the best available formats without breaking some downloads.
