youtube-dl fails downloading SECOND video in playlist from Linkedin Learning (ERROR: No video formats found)

• I'm reporting a broken site support
• I've verified that I'm running youtube-dl version 2020.05.03
• I've checked that all provided URLs are alive and playable in a browser
• I've checked that all URLs and arguments with special characters are properly quoted or escaped
• I've searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones

I've tried with several different courses and each time I can download the first video from the course, but I get the following error when downloading the second video.
