Oak, when I try to post the error in text, I get nothing but the above attempts. Running as verbose per Sergey's suggestion fixed the entire servname/nodename issue for some reason. I guess I misunderstood git's "drag and drop" image uploading as being from any source since it was not specified and I was given a file select dialog to look through. |

To phil: The URL was entered in full, but the servname and nodename error showed up when youtube-dl ran without --verbose enabled. |
This is the error that terminal returns, Python 2.7 as per suggestions:

Directions for didn't specify node or servname to be specified, any help would be appreciated.
