-f does not respect non 3D formats #2513

When I select a non-3D format for a 3D enabled youtube video, youtube-dl persists in downloading in 3D. I have tried -f 22, -f 18, and -f 84.

The downloaded format is mp4 which I have tried playing in both vlc and media player classic.

Attached below is a sample of the output:

I think that that's "normal", the uploader uploaded the video in that format so that's what we get from youtube, it seems that their player use the same file for viewing both in 3D and non-3D mode.

Yes, the uploader has uploaded the video that way. I see the same result on the webpage.
