youtube 'noplaylist' : True does not seem to work to me #25181

I'm using the latest version of youtube_dl via python script. When sending a playlist url I get all audio from the playlist even if I'd like to receive just the first video. I've set 'noplaylist' to true in ydl_opts. Please help me or fix the issue. Thank you
