Question

Downloading a video I have paid for, Youtube account verified too.

Getting error

youtube-dl --username USERNAME, --cookies=cookies.txt, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LINK
Type account password and press [Return]: 
[youtube] Downloading login page
[youtube] Looking up account info
WARNING: Unable to extract user hash
[youtube] LINK: Downloading webpage
ERROR: This video is unavailable.
