Apparently that was a bad example to use as I can't actually get those subs to work on the in-page player… that seems to be an issue with multiple shows' episode 1 on RT. Another (better) example (as these subs actually work) on https://roosterteeth.com/watch/rwby-season-1-episode-2 - ytdl finds the index.m3u8 at https://rtv3-roosterteeth.akamaized.net/store/2fb6358e6442ebd6f42210066575d305-41282c12/ts/1569586035_index.m3u8 which points to https://rtv3-video.roosterteeth.com/caption_store/b85624ca-e963-4b8d-9f37-0a7acd413e38/en_manifest.m3u8 which points to vtt_en.webvtt |

Description
Subtitle files aren't found on Rooster Teeth with youtube-dl.
Using https://roosterteeth.com/watch/nomad-of-nowhere-1-1h9sejr2 as an example:
Inside the index.m3u8 that youtube-dl finds, subtitles are specified (with language) at public playlist file https://rtv3-video.roosterteeth.com/caption_store/c596757c-01bf-46d2-9f16-423d49b79123/en_manifest.m3u8
That playlist file then points to the public subtitle file vtt_en.webvtt (file assuming same directory)
