YouTube how to log errors? Copyright block? Need some help

Question

I'm trying to download 10 channels from file. Lots of them have missing videos. During the download session I saw many of them was blocked on a copyright ground not sure about the rest. So I want to:

1. Log errors into file (with names/urls?) that I can look after completing the task - how to?
2. Avoid copyright blocked videos - how to? Is there an easy way to automatically check them from a different proxy if they available (only restricted video, I don't want to use proxy for every video since downloading speed will be terrible)? How can I understand in which country they are allowed to watch? Can I bypass that restriction somehow? Some videos just won't download from any country (I tried USA Germany Canada France even russia they are blocked everywhere but still available on the channel and search - what the hell?)
3. I also saw a lot of errors in few videos, I think some parts in the videos were missing. Maybe it was error 403 or something? Text was similar to "part x missing skipping/retrying attempt 1/10 etc" in the end, after few minutes and trials video was downloaded (I think, can't check since I forgot their name unfortunately and there were more than 1 but I didn't had any problems with my Internet dunno why this is happening). Is there anyway to fix that? Or I should do nothing and videos with that error will be fine, they will just use parts that missing from other quality? I don't understand the behaviour
