Downloading from Shahid not working

Description

I am trying to download from Shahid but always receiving error messages as indicated in the above error log. Kindly check and let me know how to overcome this.

same problem, its only works for free content but when I try to log in using the two methods ( user-pass or cookies ) it wont log me in so not able to download premium content.
