Description

Description files are now truncated, without expected newline characters. This began to occur for me at the same time that the other changes described in #25676. However it does not seem to have been fixed in 2020.06.16.

With the given command-line arguments I would expect to see (and would have previously seen) the following contents in the description file:

test URL: https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/issues/1892
