Pluralsight Download Error

I used the following command which used to work in windows 10 cmd. I apologize if I am missing something. Thanks for your help!

youtube-dl --username "myUsernameHere" --password "myPasswordHere" --sleep-interval 120 "https://app.pluralsight.com/library/courses/comptia-security-plus-threats-attacks-vulnerabilities/table-of-contents"
