If I run for the URL https://www.rte.ie/player/ie/show/weather-30003847/10872854/

used as an example at https://digiex.net/threads/download-rip-save-rte-player-ireland-content-with-no-drm-as-mp4-video.15430/
I get

Which is fair enough, If it's long gone
