youtube-dl.exe fails 2014.03.18.1 to download what youtube-dl.py 2014.03.18.1 can

See details below, output of both .exe (fail) and .py (success) execution is included.

youtube-dl.exe works for me with several other videos, but some fail like this.
The difference in Python version might be a possible cause?
youtube-dl.exe seems to use 2.7.5, youtube-dl.py uses the standalone 3.4.0 that is already on my system.
