Description

I had another issue opened yesterday and it got closed before I could reply. I may have failed to mention that the logs I posted are the verbose logs. Without the verbose flag, I get the error that I have mentioned.
Instead of closing my issue - which by the way is not a spam issue - let me respond with any extra information that you guys might need.

Recently I have been getting ERROR: Conversion failed! a lot. It seems like the mp3 file is downloaded fine and it plays fine but it doesn't have the thumbnail.
I have tried on Windows 10 and Ubuntu (WSL). I also tried an older ffmpeg installation and an older youtube-dl version. Nothing works. I am not sure what changed. Everything worked fine like a couple of weeks ago.
I am not sure how to troubleshoot at this point.

I also noticed that the whole playlist download terminates randomly as well since the list has more than 2 Youtube videos.
This is my configuration file which has been working for over a year without any problems

--no-overwrites --no-cache-dir --batch-file "D:\Youtube-dl\batchmusic.txt" -o "D:\Youtube-dl\music\%(uploader)s\%(title)s.%(ext)s"
--extract-audio --audio-format mp3 --audio-quality 0 --embed-thumbnail --metadata-from-title "(?P<artist>.+?) - (?P<title>.+)" --add-metadata

@dstftw I don't understand how is this a duplicate. If you guys refuse to let me post a legitimate issue because you don't have the manpower or time to work on it then be honest and say so.
My issue is NOT a duplicate. I ADDED more information that I didn't include the first time. Can you open it back or at least respond here?
