unable to download videos whose id starts with '-' #25993

due to the fact that the tool required not the whole url but only the base64 id, videos which start with '-' cannot be downlaoded because the id gets handles as run parameter
for any reason, downloading with full link didnt seem to work, must have been my mistake, nevermind
