Description

Hi, I had problem to download files from youtube, I tryed to re-install the software with this procedure:

1. sudo apt-get autoremove --purge youtube-dl
2. sudo wget https://yt-dl.org/downloads/latest/youtube-dl -O /usr/local/bin/youtube-dl
3. sudo chmod a+rx /usr/local/bin/youtube-dl
4. youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KV2ssT8lzj8
   The response is ever:
   youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KV2ssT8lzj8
   [youtube] KV2ssT8lzj8: Downloading webpage
   ERROR: Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 429: Too Many Requests (caused by <HTTPError 429: 'Too Many Requests'>); please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output.
