Cannot download live streams while it's happening.

Description

whenever I try to download live-stream that's happening it says downloading but doesn't actually save. After the broadcast it done and the channel deletes the stream's recording or makes it private it obviously cannot download it, but even though it started before the stream ended, nothing is saved. YT-DL does save the thumbnail though,

I searched the past issues and can't find that on there. I'm running on Windows if that makes a differnce
