Brightcove Legacy unable to extract player key bug

Description

I tried downloading a video from Sportsnet.ca (which uses Brightcove Legacy) and I keep getting this message to report a bug because it can't extract the player key, but it also says it's an unsupported URL after trying to use the generic extractor. I'm not sure why that is happening. I wasn't sure which kind of report to use because it has multiple issues. I used site support request report for this site a few months ago so I thought I'd use the bug report this time. Hope that is okay.
