Exact same error on macOS (Catalina 10.15.6).

(edit) This specific video doesn't work while some other videos do, e.g.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nq5LMGtBmis
Don't know if it might be relevant, but both are song videos, from the same (verified) channel, from around the same time (late 2018).
