Can you elaborate what you mean by low? From time to time, YouTube changes its algorithms. At the moment, at least for me, download seems to be uncapped, or at least limited to a very high value. I can easily download at 10+MB/s. If your speed is slower: What is your Internet service provider? Can you reproduce the problem with other Internet service providers?

That's within the realm of normal distribution around 10MB/s. Instead of letting us guess and asking for information piece by piece, please be a little bit more verbose. For example, include absolute speeds and the name of your internet service provider, the platform you're running on, and the output of youtube-dl -v YOUR_VIDEO_URL. Can you reproduce the problem with multiple machines and/or ISPs?
