youtube-dl seems currently non-functional at Youtube #26367

While youtube-dl works fine at other sites, today at YouTube it throws back this error:
youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CX9CONduxJs
[youtube] CX9CONduxJs: Downloading webpage
[youtube] CX9CONduxJs: Downloading video info webpage
ERROR: CX9CONduxJs: YouTube said: Invalid parameters.
Same response from all other YouTube URLs
Works fine other places. I noticed this first with "ClipGrab" - not sure if it uses youtube-dl
Any ideas on this situation?
