Add support for tmc.tv

I am the "Julien" mentionned in the issue :)

A few more details:
TMC uses the same API as TF1 et NT1 and all the videos are hosted on wat.tv
The process is pretty much the same:
Get the watid and display/download the video.

Some of the videos are marked as "ShowOnWat:false"
Basically the main videos showing the full movie or episodes.

So the video can't be displayed on Wat.tv but works on the channel's website.
An example with TF1:
Liste of recent videos : http://api.tmc.tv/tmc-homepage-news/android-smartphone/
Each video has a watid.
If I try http://wat.tv/get/ipad/idwat.m3u8 or http://wat.tv/get/android5/idwat.mp4. It doesnt work.

You cant even find the wat.tv page if you use the Wat.tv API to get info on the video

My guess is we need a referrer somewhere in the API call. but cant find the call that need to be made..
