The two files containing the video stream and audio stream download without any errors, if you play the audio stream on its own it plays fine, if you play the video stream on its own it has not downloaded correctly and plays in 2 second bursts.

I had the same problem on a up-to-date Fedora 31 and I have just updated to Fedora 32 to get the latest stable Linux release.

I have noticed that all of the problem files end in f313.webm

Format 313 has quite large dimensions (3840x2160), so maybe your system doesn't have enough performance to allow your video player to play it without stuttering?
