Hey,
I've been running with this issue for several years now.
My problem is that when I try to download an entire youtube channel (as .m4a since i'm downloading music channels only) some of the songs i try to download won't download with this command :
youtube-dl -o "musiques%%(title)s.%%(ext)s" -f 140 --download-archive downloadedlist.txt --no-post-overwrites -ci "https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxsYR3_7CKZeRfdJpqGxmdw"
The entire channel should start to be downloaded but i'm left with only one song from this artist (not only with this artist, that's a recurrent problem i've been running through but that's one of the most revelant channel I can use to illustrate my issue).
I've already tried downloading a more recent version of youtube-dl or just running the update command but that won't help.
Also tried downloading a song alone (that won't normally download with the rest of the channel) like :
youtube-dl -o "musiques%%(title)s.%%(ext)s" -f 140 --download-archive downloadedlist.txt --no-post-overwrites -ci "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoTYytnjCb0"
And it does download itself ! but what i'm really looking for is a solution that download the entire channel with the only need of running a single command.
I wonder if this issue is because of a copyright claim by the artist or so.
And if it is, is there any way to bypass this ?
