Age-gated AND Youtube-only playback videos support broken

• I've verified that I'm running youtube-dl version 2020.09.20
• I've checked that all provided URLs are alive and playable in a browser
• I've checked that all URLs and arguments with special characters are properly quoted or escaped
• I've searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones

Description

Apparently, videos that are BOTH Age-gated and Youtube-only e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MxCRYXg6hLs ("author had disabled playback on other websites"), wouldn't download. I've checked another video that is Youtube-only but not age gated (e.g. this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NL1hkIU_e8E ) , and it worked fine.
