cant play all urls retrieved by youtube-dl.exe -g url

In some computers, running youtube-dl.exe -g and the URL, causes the URL to be retrieved with no errors. but, in same computer thath the url was retrieved, cant play it. But in annoter computer it works as expected. in chrome the message is thath url is taking much time to answer.
