C-SPAN: Incomplete video but with no failure or warning. #2674

Attempting to download this 4 hour video (time as shown in web player) results in a 1 hour video, with no reported failures or warnings. The JSON file says "playlist_index": null, otherwise I might have suspected that the one page plays a series of videos... any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you for the report. Type youtube-dl -U to update to youtube-dl 2014.04.03 which does download a playlist of videos that span the entire four hours.
