voot download fails for premium streams though cookie is supplied.

Hi Buddy,

I have tried downloading the video: https://www.voot.com/pcchannel/bigg-boss-grand-premiere/998779 (which i have access & able to play in browser). supplied cookies too but fails. here is the verbose output.
Hoping to improve & fix it. You can contact me directly too if you need to reproduce
