Issues with downloading video from YouTube: HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable (caused by HTTPError()) #26903

Description

I tried to download video from YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y05rqt0YHtw in default way. First just want to look which formats are there, like this: ./youtube-dl Y05rqt0YHtw --verbose -F and got this error:

Okay, smth. like this was long time ago. So, I add --no-check-certificate and run this: ./youtube-dl Y05rqt0YHtw --verbose -F --no-check-certificate and here I have got this really strange error in output:

It was yesterday, in France. I ask my friend to test that URL from another country and everything was fine...

PS. try it right now. Here result is the same, cannot download, have the same error

Youtube was rolling some software update yesterday. But I cant reproduce the bug with other videos. Is yours age-restricted?
