Get.iPlayer.Automator.v1.19.2.b20201018001 doesn't download

Apologies for the vague title. As you might guess, I'm not a coder, just a user. (Yes, I can hear you groan, but I'm doing my best.)

I'm using Gia v1.18.2 on a mid 2012 MacBook Pro (El Capitan) with a UK VPN (in Greece) and it downloads programmes OK. I'm fairly sure that the VPN is not the issue.
I installed 1.19.2 on an early 2011 MacBook Pro (El Capitan), using exactly the same VPN and it produces "unknown error".

I'll carry on using the earlier version but I'm including the log (below) in case it's helpful to you. Although the log states "downloaded", nothing was downloaded. It simply flipped to Timer countdown mode.

I chose a random BBC programme and a random ITV programme to test. (I wouldn't want you to think that I actually watch this sh;t. I'm trying to sort this out for my beloved wife, to minimise the nagging.)
