Option to set autonumber start

When downloading videos in multiple batches (such as from multiple playlists, or a playlist that gets extended over time), it would be nice to have an option to set the autonumber start to something other than 1.

It's what I would've liked to ask, so I support this request. It's also useful when pulling past broadcasts from Twitch.tv. for example, where long broadcasts come in batches of n video files with varying titles between different broadcasts and a trailing increasing numerical ID.

While this can be used to run through a dirty little script and rename all the files present, our quality of life would be increased by making it possible to set an autonumber start value, I say jokingly.
