They are using Brightcove.

Fixed in youtube-dl 2014.04.19 and newer. Type youtube-dl -U to update.

There is a Bug.

If I want to download http://www.tlc.de/sendungen/breaking-amish/videos/#3654038417001 (second video on page) it downloads http://www.tlc.de/sendungen/breaking-amish/videos/#3654029757001
