encrypted youtube video fail to download

Some video is start download fail around 3 days ago like the above example. It seems happen on encrypted signature's video. Is the encryption method changed from youtube? Attached below is the output of the above command.

Thanks for your testing! It works again now. I didn't do any changes. Also I found some strange area to share, let's me show you the whole story.

on 12-May:
I start studying the code at home and doing testing on different videos, all works fine.
But suddenly I cannot download a video (id: AAbokV76tkU), after some test, I cannot download is a part of videos. Maybe the similar part is they are using encrypted signature. My first thought is youtube blocked me coz I have experienced before when many traffic doing.. I tried get the video url by -g option. pasting in chrome will no respond and just a white empty screen

on 14-May:
I still cannot download those videos. I tried in company and got the same result.
I go download FoxTube in office, the most updated version, they can play all videos.
I backed home using my FoxTube that not the most recent version. It's same as my situation, also fail to download some videos. (So I think the updated FoxTube fixed the problem)
I tried iphone version Foxtube (most update) version can play all the videos.
Also I read the following link and think shuts down public RSS feed of user subscription maybe have relationship:

Therefore I have another idea, youtube updated signature encryption again?

I tried this morning still cannot download. After 1 hour. Its work normally again at home and office.

Thats the whole story. So I think my 'high' traffic testing may be triggered some blocking on me for few days (12 to 16-May). What I feel strange is why I cannot download in two different network. But another app or another person can do it? I really messed up with this..

For youtube downloading get behind an https proxy. Some sources are here. Pick one that is HTTPS and I usually go for US ones as that gives you fewer 'this video is not allowed in your country' issues: https://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/

If you are running from the command line then add the proxy param to your command like this:

$ youtube-dl --proxy https://66.35.68.145:7808 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kpn3V_Cnhg

If you are running inside python code, add the proxy setting to your downloader for example:
