teachingchannel.com uses a protocol that youtube-dl doesn't support itself, called m3u8. We rely on the external program ffmpeg (which does support m3u8) for these downloads. You need to have this program installed. Unfortunately, it seems you are not using a package manager (which would install ffmpeg automatically), so you'll have to download ffmpeg and place it into the same directory as youtube-dl or any other directory on your PATH.

…ls are not installed

Ask to install them, as we do in the postprocessor.
We get some reports with it, like #3061 or #3048.
