Add option to download both video and audio when muxed formats aren't the best #3196

I was downloading some videos but in order to get 1080p I had to download the Dash video (mp4) and audio (m4a) separately. Using the -f option I had to do it twice. Muxing the two together with ffmpeg was easy enough afterwards.

Something like:
$ youtube-dl -f 135,140

Use "," to download both and "/" for order of preference as it is today...

You can use plus sign to merge video and audio.

youtube-dl -f 135+140

Ahh, thanks... Is that documented anywhere? I don't remember seeing that.
