It's ok in Linux. So that issue is only on Win7 64bit :(

Please post the full output you get when running youtube-dl www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtZTK5kN6Z0 --verbose

What is your user name on Windows? I suspect it contains non-ASCII characters and we have a bug in that handling.

Username is in cyrillic. And that is a problem even for all plugins in XBMC which are written in python too :(
