Please, don't post multiple requests in the same issue.

We support sites that use AdobeHDS: https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/blob/master/youtube_dl/downloader/f4m.py, could you explain why it's not working?

Post an example video url for http://tv.dfb.de (in a new issue).
