The site shared.sx seems not to be supported yet:

http://shared.sx/xxxxxxxxx is a 404 for me as well, and therefore not a valid example URL.

Thanks for the report, shared.sx will be supported in the next release of youtube-dl.

Fixed in youtube-dl 2014.07.25. Type sudo youtube-dl -U to update.
