YouTube does not offer a 1080p video with audio, so there's nothing we can do about that. You can let youtube-dl merge audio and video though (requires ffmpeg) by adding -f bestvideo+bestaudio/best.

That depends on your browser. My plain Chromium on Linux employs yet a third option by downloading many small files and concatenating them.
