This must be an outage of your local YouTube server. With youtube-dl 2014.08.10 I get a consistent 10+MB/s from all of my test machines (at various providers in Europe and the US). |

I have installed youtube-dl today, but it is download realy slow ~ 685.68B/s. Npo.nl was like 80MB/s.
