Looking at the URL, this content seems copyrighted. The site (and the ones it links to) does not look like it has legally obtained the permission to stream these videos. Looking at the site, this does not seem to be an exception.

youtube-dl only supports sites that do not intend to infringe copyright. If the content is in fact not copyrighted or the site has the right to distribute it, please explain that.
