it is possible that video in a playlist is indeed unavailable. Running youtube-dl with "-i" switch does skip over that and 2nd missing video on playlist and is acceptable workaround. If this is considered not a bug, can be closed.

Can you see the video on the webpage? If so, it's a bug in youtube-dl. If not, then you've actually encountered a feature, i.e. showing the YouTube warning instead of just outright failing.

Nope. I can't, youtube skips over the first 2 videos. You probably want to either close this bug, or may I suggest maybe make -i option default for playlists?

I think when downloading a playlist and finding an unavailable video, instead of just throwing an exception and stopping, the -i parameter should at least be advertised.
