Wonder if there can be a Youtube-to-ogg using the libvorbis dependency.

Umm, can you tell us where you looked for this option? Because it should already be included.

If you only want the audio, pass in the options -x --audio-format vorbis.
If you want the video to be an ogg one, pass in --recode-video ogg.
