To effectively report bugs, please consider these notes:

• In general, every report should contain the output of youtube-dl when called with the -v option. If in doubt, please include the output so that we see that you're using an up-to-date version of youtube-dl.
• Do NOT ping specific developers unless you have a specific reason to think one of the developers would be most interested in. I making an exception for this issue, but in the future I reserve the right to permanently ignore any issues in which I've been pinged unnecessarily. Note that mentioning one or more specific developers also discourages all other developers to try fixing the issue.
• It would be nice to have more information scent in the title. It is not useful to name general problems with [FIX]. Interesting here would be for example something like unhandled URL

you are using an old version of youtube-dl. As phihag has already pointed out, please update to at least the 2014.09.15.1 version, where this is fixed. Type youtube-dl -U to update.
