Cannot dl hd videos!

Hi!
I've got an comprehensible issue!
I try to download this file with this format : $ youtube-dl -f22 -o'%(stitle)s.%(ext)s' "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tHqov_UHYA"
( before i hit this command to see all the videos format available : $ youtube-dl -F "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tHqov_UHYA" , and the output is : )
Available formats:
22 : mp4 [720x1280]
45 : webm [720x1280]
35 : flv [480x854]
44 : webm [480x854]
34 : flv [360x640]
18 : mp4 [360x640]
43 : webm [360x640]
5 : flv [240x400]
17 : mp4 [144x176]

But all i can dl, is this : ( a poor 4.87Mo video )

I already posted this problem on a french forum, and a guy there, when hitting the same command, had the following result :
( a huge 120.09 Mo video instead )

Sorry for the late answer. This is a almost certainly your ISP rewriting requests, most likely on a mobile connection. You can try using a proxy (set the http_proxy environment variable) that doesn't intercept requests.
